Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide our clients with products and services that meet their needs and preferences. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return an item and request a refund. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Return Policy

As a client of our company, you have the option to return unopened medicines within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund. If the package has been opened, we can still provide a 50% refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be received by our drugstore within 30 days of receipt. You can send it back via regular mail, and we will cover the shipping expenses in such cases.

If your package is delayed and does not arrive within the specified timeframe, we will resend it to you at no additional cost. The same policy applies to overseas orders.

Please note that these terms only apply to lost parcels, and we cannot provide free reships or refunds for catastrophic environmental incidents or other force majeure conditions.

 

Cancellation

Policy Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the package has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the products you ordered, please inform us immediately.
